Legal
Terms
The ground rules for using the darkroom.
Last updated: July 2026
By signing in to Findercraft you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The product is provided for personal craft analytics on Instagram Business accounts you control.
Access
Invitation-only.
Access is restricted to Google accounts on the operator allow-list. An account does not create a public marketplace listing or a guarantee of continued access. The operator may revoke access if the Meta platform policies, security, or fair use of the service require it.
Your content
You own the craft.
You retain rights to your photographs, captions, and EXIF-derived craft metadata. You grant us a limited license to process and store that material solely to operate the product for you — including syncing metrics, matching EXIF, rendering thumbnails, and publishing posts you explicitly schedule.
Instagram & Meta
Platform dependency.
The service depends on Meta's Graph API and Instagram's platform rules. Metrics availability, rate limits, and feature behavior can change without notice. You remain responsible for complying with Instagram's terms and any applicable advertising or professional account requirements.
Acceptable use
Keep the safelight honest.
Do not attempt to bypass authentication, scrape other users' private data, abuse API quotas, or use the service to harass others. Public folios must not present cross-user rankings or claim competitive standings the product does not compute.
Disclaimer
No warranty.
The service is provided “as is.” Analytics are interpretive aids, not guarantees of reach, growth, or creative outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service or from Meta platform outages.
Changes
We'll date the plate.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The “Last updated” line above is the effective date. Continued use after a posted change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Questions: contact.
